Other Important Information:
ü No Parking in Winners Club Parking Lot (west side of track)
ü West side gate (spectator gate) will be closed
ü Spectator Entrance will be at east gate (Delta Speedway)
ü Overflow pits will be available at Delta Speedway (east gate)
We are expecting lots of racers and want to be sensitive to everyone’s time, especially those traveling a distance that have arrived on time anticipating not driving home at midnight. Do not come to the registration window until your registration form is completed, which includes your transponder number if you are using your own. Registration forms are available at the web-site, www.stocktonmotorplex.com, or Scott has them in the MMI store. You will be able to purchase wristbands for your guests and crew when you register; however, if they are not there to sign the release form, we will write their name on a wristband and keep it at the spectator gate (if registration has closed). No adult wristbands will be given out without a signature and no one will be allowed in the facility without a wristband. We cannot stress the importance of the wristband/insurance issue enough, if you are seen in the facility on Sunday, race day without a wristband you will be asked to leave. We really do not want to send anyone home so please purchase your wristband.
Transponders (free)
If you have planning on using your own please either bring to registration or write number of registration form. If you need to order one, free at this race, please indicate on the registration form. If you are using one of ours, bring one of the following to registration, as this is what we use for collateral if you don’t return the transponder:

At the end of your last race, someone will be at scale to collect your transponder.
Camping
Overnight camping will be permitted Friday night through Saturday night. Please be neat and tidy.
Parking
We have limited parking, please drop your trailers in a pit spot and move you tow vehicle to the south parking lot. Do not block pit spots along the street. No parking in allowed in Winners Club parking lot, West Side of track.
Catering
Kathy and her family will be cooking for us; hopefully they will bring lots of tri-tip sandwiches. They usually arrive fairly early on race day.
Cash awards will be awarded at the last race at Dixon Kinsman Kart Club.
Trophies will be given given out once your class has passed tech, Matt has had time to complete the trophies with your name and your transponder has been returned.
Zero tolerance will be in effect during these events!
We are planning on having lots of fun so everyone bring their happy face.
No Skate Boards, Go-Peds, or Mini Bikes allowed on Race Day!
Dogs must be on leashes
